  • Why Remote?

    Military Talent has extremely high un/under-employment rates due to constant moving. Working remotely allows a military talent the opportunity to have a long-term career with your law firm.

  • What Type of Positions?

    The positions include legal assistants, intake specialists, paralegals, and attorneys. The positions we connect can range from 5 hours per week to full-time and everything in between! The majority of positions are part-time for 10-15 hours. Such positions are ideal for many military families and are highly sought after!

  • How is the Military Talent Vetted?

    We extensively vet the military spouses and veterans to understand their capabilities and experience, spend time career coaching to understand what roles will set that person up for long-term success, and provide advice on their resumes. We also train on basic law firm etiquette and what it means to be a 1099 contractor.

    To participate in our program, all paralegals are required to have experience working for a law firm. Legal assistants and intake specialists must have experience working in person in an office and have the necessary transferrable skills. Attorneys are evaluated individually.
